PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Create the order first, then open a separate checkout.

The server validates the service, target, quantity, and order total first. Prices default to USD and can be viewed in CNY. Fulfillment starts only after a signed-in order is stored and payment is confirmed.

Payment method

The planned checkout uses a Cryptomus-hosted cryptocurrency invoice showing currency, network, amount, and expiry. ChuhaiLens never collects wallet private keys or seed phrases. Checkout stays disabled until merchant review and credentials are complete.

Order states

Pending payment means no charge is confirmed. Paid means the signed webhook, amount, and currency passed validation. Awaiting fulfillment means the order is queued for guarded dispatch. Processing, completed, failed, or manual review states remain in the account record.

Delivery and pauses

Start and pace values are estimates, not guaranteed timestamps. A private, deleted, renamed, or incorrect target—as well as service pauses or platform restrictions—may pause or fail an order.

Underpayment, overpayment, and refunds

Underpayments enter an exception state and are not dispatched automatically. Overpayments are recorded according to the payment provider state and reviewed. Eligible refunds follow the original route or account balance; blockchain fees and exchange-rate differences may be non-refundable.

Safety boundary

We never start fulfillment before payment and never automatically resubmit an uncertain request. Payment webhooks require signature validation and idempotent processing to prevent duplicate credit or fulfillment.
