Privacy notice
We process only what is needed for accounts, orders, payment, fulfillment, and support. We never require a social password, verification code, or private key.

Information we process
Account data includes email, sign-in time, and an account identifier. Order data includes the public target, service, quantity, price, and necessary visit-source information. Payment records include the transaction reference, currency, amount, network, and status. We do not collect wallet private keys.
Purposes
We use data to authenticate users, price, store, and process orders, provide transaction notices, handle cancellation, refund, and refill requests, measure page and checkout-flow performance, prevent abuse, secure accounts, and meet accounting or dispute obligations. Marketing email requires separate consent.
Recipients and international processing
Service partners supporting sign-in, cloud hosting, email, payment, and order processing may handle the minimum necessary data. Data may be processed outside China.
Retention
Unpaid drafts are normally kept for no more than 90 days. Order, payment, and dispute records follow applicable tax, accounting, and claims periods. Security logs are retained according to risk. After account deletion, data without a legal retention need is deleted or de-identified.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, a copy, or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask for an explanation of processing. Write from the account email so we can verify the request. Account records are isolated to the signed-in user.
Security and incidents
We use access controls, input validation, and request limits to protect account and order information. We respond to security incidents and notify affected users when risk and applicable law require it.
Minors
The service is intended for adults able to enter transactions and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change. Material updates will be called out and the effective date revised.
