Before processing
You may request cancellation while an order has not entered processing. We will verify the status before confirming any refundable amount.
After processing
An order normally cannot be cancelled once processing starts. Any undelivered portion is reviewed for return to the original payment route or account balance.
Refill and drops
A service with a refill window is handled only under the period and conditions shown on its product page. No-Refill services do not include replacement for later drops.
Payment costs
Blockchain network fees, payment-channel fees, and exchange-rate differences may be non-refundable. Available payment information is shown before checkout.
