Terms and service boundaries
Check the public target, specification, price, estimated start, and refill label before ordering. Social count services are not organic engagement or business outcomes.
Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 and use an email that can receive order notices. Protect your email and session; do not transfer accounts or bypass access controls.
Service nature
ChuhaiLens provides selection, pricing, ordering, and status management for overseas social services. Services do not promise organic engagement, recommendations, leads, sales, monetization eligibility, verification, or permanent retention. ChuhaiLens is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, or other platforms.
Orders and pricing
Targets must be public and managed by you or used with authorization. The total confirmed when the order is submitted is final. If price or specifications change materially, the order pauses for confirmation.
Payment
Order payment follows the checkout page and account-balance records. Blockchain network fees, channel fees, and exchange-rate differences may be non-refundable. Verify currency, network, and amount on the payment page.
Fulfillment
Paid orders enter a delivery processing queue. Start and pace are estimates affected by target accessibility, service status, and platform changes. Timeouts and unknown outcomes require reconciliation to avoid duplicate processing.
Cancellation, refund, and refill
You may request cancellation before processing. Started orders normally cannot be cancelled. Refunds are reviewed against undelivered portions, payment state, and channel rules. Refill applies only within the window and conditions shown; No-Refill routes include no later replacement.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause adult, gambling, political manipulation, deceptive review, fraud, harassment, malicious-link, or control-evasion orders and restrict accounts where necessary.
Limits
We process confirmed specifications but do not give guarantees beyond mandatory law for platform rule changes, account restrictions, content deletion, third-party interruption, or an incorrect target supplied by the user. Non-waivable consumer rights remain.
